Le Petit Chéri

Le Petit Chéri is a French café-restaurant that gives every person the same cozy atmosphere that one gets while in France. It is located in the Molito Lifestyle Complex across Alabang Town Center. The restaurant is owned by Edna and Henry Cureg whose passion for the French cuisine has paved way for them to open this place.

As I enter the restaurant, I immediately noticed its interior. For a small restaurant, it's rare to see a staircase as beautiful as what can be seen in Le Petit ChériThe tables on the first floor are perfectly aligned which gives a good view from the top. What makes Le Petit Chéri different from other French restaurants is its interior design. Underneath the stairscase, you can see their Paris memorabilia which are now for sale! The walls look like art galleries that perfectly resemble those in France. Another good thing about this restaurant is that it has two mini library collection. Isn't it an adept combination of a hang-out place? Enjoying the French atmosphere through eating and reading books at the same time.

As for the food, the humongous pastries are definitely eye catching and mouthwatering. Plus, there are a lot of choices to pick from their menu. They even have a breakfast menu! I must say, the food tastes good! The portion for each order were enough to fill our stomach. Though some of the dishes were quite pricey, I believe it compensates to the serving amount and its delicious taste (most especially the L'Opera!). This means that we need to go back to try each one of them! Here are some of the food that we have ordered yesterday:

Starter!

Sole Meuniere
Sole Meuniere
Seasoned sole fish fillet fried to perfection and served with a creamy herbal sauce. Marble potatoes complete this classic French dish.

Chicken Cordon Bleu

Baked chicken breasts stuffed with bacon and cheese. Served with a season rice pilaf and a healthy dose of sauteed and grilled vegetables. Truly a French blue ribbon perfection, faithful to its name!

L'Opera
Luxurious layers of almond sponge cake soaked in coffee essence, rich chocolate ganache, and coffee buttercream, all covered in a thick chocolate glaze. Popularized by French patisserie Dalloyau, this cake took France by storm, and these days, no French patisserie is without it!

Iced Milk Chocolate

Le Petit Chéri offers a whole new dining experience to people who want a taste of the French cuisine. Make it a point to visit this amicable restaurant once you're in the South. Definitely worth visiting.
